Rugs are used to cover the floor of your living room, kitchen, bedroom or any living space you want.

We have totally 5 sizes available for rugs:

• X-Small (XS): 60x90cm
• Small (S): 91x152cm
• Medium (M): 122x183cm
• Large (L): 152x244cm
• X-Large (XL): 168x274cm

• Step 1: Straighten the rug
• Step 2: Use a white towel to place on the wrinkled area of the rug
• Step 3: Use an iron right on the wrinkled area and press it hard
• Step 4: Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the rug after the ironing is complete.

Our estimated is 17-23 business days in total. However, the package usually come earlier. Please keep your track by using your Order ID and Email address in Track My Order tab.

Current policy allows free of charge. You will see thee free shipping option is already checked when checking out.

Basically, yes, you can send us an email to ask for changing delivery address. However, you must send email within 24 hours from placing order.

For secure transaction and for your convenience, we have online payment via Stripe Payment. You can use your supported card listed in our Payment policy. We are not supporting other payment method, including Cash on Delivery.

There are some tips that may helpful:

• Check your card and information on your card whether it is input correctly
• Check your account whether you reach your limit amount
• Check your internet connection
• Try another card

In case that you cannot complete your payment properly, or website does not response on your payment, please send us an email for further support.

You will receive a order confirmation email with Order ID for tracking your product. However, if you did not receive it, please contact us by sending email. We will check and come back with a feedback.

We strive to do our best to solve the issue. However, there are several steps to firmly confirm the situation before making refund. It would take:

• 2 business day for inspection and evaluation your issue, plus
• 5 business day for refund progress, plus
• 1-3 days for the amount to be appeared in your bank account

So, the worst case is 10 business days in total.

No, our store bear all the return shipping cost for you by Return label. Please download and print it, drop the package at nearest post office to return.

You have a timeframe of 12 hours from placing order to cancel and receive full paid amount back under our policy. Please kindly aware that you may be charged and not to be fully refunded if you want to cancel after 12 hours. Read our Returns and Refunds policy for more details.
