Returns and Refund policy

30 days returns policy

We want our customers feel safe and satisfied in every single purchase. However, if there is any trouble, we offer a 30 days free returns and refunds from delivery. No restocking fee is required.

or send email to us at support@amifurnishings.com.

Your email should include:

  • Proof of your purchase such as your Order ID, SKU of product or any confirmation by email from us.
  • Proof of your issue such as picture or video of product

Plus, there are conditions for the product:

  • Product is new and unused. Unpacked items or slightly used for checking is eligible to claim a returns and refunds.
  • The issue is related to the product with accurate cause from our store. We are not able to be responsibility for issue that not caused by us such as wrong information provided by customer, wrong size delivered by customer mistake or issue caused by the use of customer.

Our process for each case of issue is listed as below:

Faulty manufacturing or damaged product during delivery

If you found any manufacturing failure such as wrong design, wrong color or size, bad quality of product or any other issue related to manufacturing process; or any damage caused to your item during delivery, we offer a full refund or replacement.

After receiving your email, we may take 2 business days to check and approve your request. Once your request is approved, we will send our confirmation by email, attached with Return label.

Please download and print the Return label, intact it with original package and drop it at nearest post office to send it back to us.

When we receive the product back, we will process customer request for refund or replacement.

Cancelling order

Customer has 12 hours from successful payment to cancel the order and get 100% paid amount refund by filling our form at amifurnishings.com/help/return-and-refund-form or sending us email to support@amifurnishings.com to request a cancel. In case customer send request by email to us later than 12 hours from successful payment, we cannot make any refund since the order is on process already.

Modification

We do not offer modification after payment for product details such as changing in design, size or color, or modify the quantity of order.

However, we do support changing delivery address within 24 hours from successful payment. In case customer needs to make a change in delivery address, please send us your email to confirm your new delivery address.

We cannot make any change when out of this 24 hours time frame.

Exchange

We offer an exchange of product in case of faulty manufacturing or damaged item delivery only. The lead time for such a replacement is as same as new order. Please fill our form at amifurnishings.com/help/return-and-refund-form or send us your email to support@amifurnishings.com if you want to exchange to the same items.

Wrong delivery or item loss during delivery

If you believe that your order goes missing or you did not receive your products as schedule, firstly check your entrance, mail box or your neighbor if the package was received or placed somewhere around.

If you cannot find your package or cannot track your shipment by Order ID, please inform us by email, we will check and response within 2 business days.

We offer a full refund for wrong delivery or item loss which caused by mistake of our carriers.

In reverse, customer is fully responsible for any loss or damages caused to the package by providing wrong or inaccurate delivery information or security situation at the place.

Warranty of product

We do not offer any warranty for item broken caused by the use of customer.

Refund process

In case we approve request for refund, we will refund back to customer within 5 business days. Please note that there would be additional 1-3 days so that the refunded amount can appear in your account due to the policy of your bank or card issuer.

The amount will be refunded back to the account that customer used to make purchase.
